.sdk to .dsk OSX lion or under OS9.0.3

Hello all,
Sorry if this questions has been asked here a million times.

I use ADTPro to pass all my .dsk images to floppies so I can then fire them up on my Apple IIe but need to find a way to do the same with .sdk files.

I've managed to get nulib2 compiled and I can extract the .sdk files but I can't finger out how to get these then converted to .dsk.

I have no Windows machine so I can't use Ciderpress. I'm running OSX 10.7.3 and I have Sheepshaver running OS9.0.3 in case there is an old app for this.

Thanks,
Rob

Sider drive tear-down

Anyone interested in pics of a Sider drive teardown? I am going to be cleaning and inspecting a Sider 10megger that came from a mill. There is an incredible amount of dust all over it. But, it seems the dust and sawdust has formed a nice protective barrier. Because upon cleaning everything looks to be absolutely pristine! Everything's gonna get a nice bath and scrubbing. I'm also going to replace the breather filters (if needed) and stuff like that.

Japanese Symbols on Motherboard

I recently acquired an Apple IIe. While looking at the motherboard, I noticed that all the markings seem to be double printed, once in green, then once over that in white, but slightly offset. I also noticed something else. Where it says "Apple IIe 1983" on the motherboard, it's printed correctly in white, but underneath in green, it says "リンゴ IIe 1983" Any idea what's going on here? I thought maybe it was normal, but I can't find anything about it.

Request for info on kr3600/ay-5-3600 keyboard encoder IC

I have an 820-0026-C keyboard encoder board attached to a pre-RFI Datanetics keyboard. Its being used with a rev 4 motherboard (II/II+).
The encoder board seems to match the schematic in Fig 7.8 of "Understanding the Apple II". The encoder IC seems to have an apple part # 331-0931-B, and manufacturer part # SMC KR3600-070 (instead of the AY-5-3600 in the schematic).

Unfortunately, it seems as though the keyboard encoder IC is faulty - some of the encoder IC's data output lines are floating at 1.65V instead of outputting the (inverted) key code.
