APPLE II PROMOTIONAL BROCHURE

The following PDF is a recreation, if anyone has the original document, I would like if possible to get a good quality scan of it, the recreation is based on a poor photocopy thay i have, all the text is recreated, the photos could use high end replacements for a new version of the PDF.

Test blog entry

Tom, I can create a blog.

Enterprise

Enterprise is the name of my secondary laptop. The purpose of this blog is to document my configuration for reference and troubleshooting purposes.

Reliant

a Raspberry Pi emulation of OS 9...

Deep Space Nine/Terok Nor

Deep Space Nine is the name of my current principle desktop. It is my de-facto file server. The purpose of this blog is to document my configuration for reference and troubleshooting purposes.

My Herd

To keep track of what I have up and running (and to keep tabs on each build) I have a running list of my systems. Every Mac is special and has a name. Laptops are named after starships, desktops after space stations, wifi hubs after stars, hard drives after planets, media after moons, handheld devices after ...handheld devices.

Enterprise D

Defiant is the name of my principle laptop. The purpose of this blog is to document my configuration for reference and troubleshooting purposes.

IIGS and SCSI

I have a ROM 01 IIGS with a scsi card installed and connected to an external SCSI HD. I got a hold of a SCSI CD-ROM and connected it to the HD. I installed a terminator block
on the CD drive after connecting it to HD. Now the computer is behaving oddly. Sometimes it boots but almost just hangs up---frozen. The HD is the boot drive. I guess I don't know
much about SCSI. Any help would be appreciated.

Got the Apple Color Monitor open

Finally, with a bit of looking for hidden catches (under the front feet) and so forth I was able to get the back off the chassis. That exposed the CRT. It was a Samsung (part number later). Unfortunately the surplus BandK CRT rejuvenator did not have the proper connector for the CRT. One or the other was probably too old.

Right now stuck on getting it back on. Watch out for those plastic tracks.
