Hi all,
I've got a couple of apple disk II drives that the front stickers are all scratched up. Does anyone know if these are reproduced and if so where I can source them from?
Thanks

I think the cheapest you can hope for is to buy a faceplate from a "parts" drive at a reasonable price.
Here is one that comes to mind ... Maybe you can get cheaper postage by sending the faceplate only ...

I have to agree with macnoyd. I don't know of anyone reproducing the floppy drive parts. I don't think there would be much money in it, so it isn't likely to happen on a commercial basis. There are just too many used floppy drives in the market, Apple made millions of them and they are very durable. You can easily find complete working drives on eBay for $20-$25. I've bought several in that price range over the past few years. Parts drives should be and often sell below that. A lot of time depending on where it is coming from the shipping costs are nearly as much as the drive itself.
Thanks guys,
not many of those drives pop up here in Australia, Looks likes there's plenty in th US but shipping costs are ridiculous.
