Hello,
one of the RAM chips in the middle memory row of my rev 2 is different from the others, which really bugs me when looking at it :-)
Does anyone know where I could source one of the gold ones (NEC D416D)?
Thanks for any help,
Carsten

Thanks. I should probably have mentioned that I need a working one...
Just replace all 8 with the RAM from this card.

If he asks me I would send hem only what he needs for lower price. No need to damage a vintage RAM card for parts. Thanks for advertising me in ebay david, have you learned to design hardware properly epecially similar RAM cards?
I believe I have one orphan DRAM chip with this number. I had intended to sell it on eBay but would be happier if it found a home in a working machine. If interested, I would ship it to you to test and if it works you can pay me a fair price for your piece of mind. PM me for information or send to orgwood65@gmail.com
I found my chip tonight and it is the same number with 827 after the NEC which may be a date code?
So are you interested?
