UPDATED:Apple //c 1MB Memory Expansion, Apple //c+, Sold Separately Or Together

FS:
Apple brand Apple //c 1MB memory expansion card, fully loaded and tested good with memory. This works with //c's model numbers 4100 and 4500 $150 + $5 shipping within the USA.

Apple //c+, fully functional, some yellowing, no missing keys. Just the computer, no accessories. $150 + $27 to ship within the USA (hey, it's heavy).

I will sell the two separately or together, assembled and tested, and knock off the $5 shipping for the card. I can also max out the disk drive capacity of the //c+ if you want, as it could handle three external 3.5" drives and a DuoDisk (5.25" floppy) or two UniDisk (5.25" floppy) drives. Obviously the drives will add to the cost, most significantly to the weight. My other terms are listed about three auctions below this one

Does the memory card work on the IIc+?

If so I am interested. What is location?

The RAM board will work in a original //c (model#4000) only if the motherboard was updated. It will work in it's later look-alike (model#4100) and in the //c+(model#4500).

I will ship the card overseas. I'm not certain how much that would cost. Of course speed of delivery effects the cost. Assume the box weighs two pounds. Figure out how quickly you want it shipped, then you can PM me here with that information and we'll figure out the adjusted cost. I would guess $15.00 for the slower methods.

By the way, this sale is for just the fully functional card, loaded, and tested. It does not include the manual, original box, or other paperwork. However, I have digitized ALL of those materials and will send the buyer the collection of PDF's.

Also please remember my terms listed in a sale notice below. If you want to pay by PayPal they charge 3.5% for domestic transactions, and I think it's 4.5% for international ones, and I pass that cost along to you.

The USPS has given me two different quotes on the shipping cost to Bulgaria for the card. Boxed, it comes in at just under a one pound in weight. An unofficial agent states it's $26, in the post office they state $16, as does their website, but supposedly that's only for those with contracts. I'm going to charge $26 upfront, and refund the $10 if it's less.

After five months, and checking out the going rate on FleaBay, there's been a price bump. My rates are still cheaper. Nobody seems to be selling the memory expansion for these, and they seem rarer than the computer itself. I'll post pictures soon(?).

I thought that Bulgaria was one of the countries that you cannot ship technology to?

I may be wrong, but that is something to take into consideration and look in to. Smile
