evergreen-4010.sit.hqx (Tek 4010 emulator)

This is a Tektronix 4010/VT100 emulator I found on AOL. It's a
little old and clunky, but apparently free. It was written by
Kenneth Chin-Purcell at the University of Minnesota in 1986.
