Need help with unknown file format

So I have a new CMS scsi II card however I cannot create or modify the card or partitions without the utility. I found a couple sources for the CMS utilities here: https://mirrors.apple2.org.za/ground.icaen.uiowa.edu/apple8/Utils/

How many people here would be interested in a Discord server for Apple II (and other, similar, retrotech) discussion?

Well,  I wasn't sure what to list this at so I took a guess.   I am thinking I guessed way wrong since I didn't even have my finger off the return button before it was purchased. :-) 

 

I was never going to use this and thought someone else may.   

 

How bad did I underestimate the price?

 

It's water under the bridge now, but I would still like to hear everyone's opinion.

Synetix SuperSprite or Third Millenium ArcadeBoard: Worth Cloning?

I'm curious if anyone else feels that it is worth trying to clone the Synetix SuperSprite, or the Third Millenium ArcadeBoard cards. It would open a new realm for software creation on the ][+ an //e that shockingly was never fully-eplored during the operational lifespan of the system.

Replacing all ROMs in Apple II Plus with one EPROM

I got tired of my Apple II Plus not booting every time I pulled it out of the garage every 10 years, usually due to the decrepit socketed ROMs.

I came up with a relatively simple mod to replace all the ROMs (Applesoft and Integer sets) with one EPROM.

Applied Engineering PC Transporter and Drives

Hello,

First off, first post here, learning a lot from this group!

I recently acquired an Apple IIe that has a PC Transporter card, an AE dual 3.5" drive and an AE single 5.25". The computer runs fine with the card installed in slot 7. The drives have not been tested due to not having a PC or PC disks.  What's a fair price to ask for the card and drives? Thanks

Drive //c Write Protect Issue

I recently picked up a Drive //c for my Apple //c, and found that it always thinks the disk is write protected.  I did some research, and I see you can wire in a switch to override this.  I'm not sure I want to do that at this point yet, but would like to troubleshoot a little further.

Anyone willing and able to produce floppy disks in Australia?

Hi All,

If I provided media, would anyone in Aus be able to write out some diagnostics disks for me? I'll cover postage and pay media and any other out of pocket expenses.

I'm particularly after the Apple II+ Confidence disk, the Apex II diagnostics disk and Apple Cillin II.
