REQ: Apple II 3.5 installer disk driver "Appledisk 3.5"

Guys.

I am looking for an image of this disk.

It comes with the Apple II 3.5 Superdrive disk controller card.

It is mentioned in the manual on page 3.

I have been looking for it on Asimov and other sites but I cannot find it.

Can anyone help me out?

Apple //c won't boot when serial connected?!?!

Hi all,

Just acquired a NTSC //c ROM0 , and have an odd problem with the serial port (modem). If the //c is connected to my PC with null modem cable, and PC is powered on, the //c won't power on, nothing, no LEDs, remove the serial cable and it comes to life, reconnect the cable and I can send serial data to the //c from the PC, ADTPro won't receive a file list from the PC, I have a suspicion the //c won't send data to the PC.

While searching ebay for books, I came across
a book for the Apple ][ that I have not heard of
before. The title is

The do's and don'ts of DOS by Brian Howard (First Edition 1979)

Can anyone confirm this book is valid? (Photos would be nice)
I have tried google but have turned up 0 results.

Lost Classics Down?

When I try to access the Lost Classics Project (http://lostclassics.apple2.info/) I get a page that says Access Denied.

Is anyone else having this problem?

VTECH UDC question

I'd like to attach 1 3 1/2 drive and 2 5 1/4 drives, with booting from a 5 1/4 preferable.

From the manual, it looks like the second 5 1/4 drive will be assigned to slot 2.

Will this inactivate my SSC, which is plugged into slot 2?

Help with Apple IIc floppy.

Hey all.

I recently got myself an Apple IIc, haven't used one since my early school days, but have always been wanting to get my hands on one.
For the last few days I've been trying to figure out what's up with the floppy drive... I'm hoping if I describe what's going on, someone with more knowledge can point me in the right direction.
