Apple 2e not booting

Hi All,
I recently purchased an apple 2e computer, on first boot the logo did come up but then the power supply gave way.
Power supply has since had all the capacitors replaced and has come back to life, all voltages are spot on. But now I get a screen with horizontal lines on boot.
Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?
I added a pic for reference.

Question about Uthernet II

Is the Uthernet II supposed to be able to slide into the Apple // easily? I have an Enhanced Apple //e, and I haven't been able to get it in.

Thanks!

VisiCalc DOS3.3.Launcher

I try to start VisiCalc from my CFFA with DOS3.3.Launcher (V 2.2) - the Launcher starts, but after a short moment the Apple IIe says:

]
90FB- A=00 x=07 Y=00 P=32 S=E9
*

With the "example" program that comes with the Launcher (Key Bored) it is no problem to start it from the CFFA.

I set the launch options using the DOS3.3.COPIER - tried both.

What could be the problem with VisiCalc?

Is VisiCalc using the auxiliary memory that the DOS3.3.Launcher needs by itself?
Or could the CFFA the problem?

Can anyone identify this error or have a solution?

An Apple II Plus that I am looking at seems to not be booting properly. When booted up without software it does not produce the typical 'Apple ][' but a mass of j's, 5's and u's.

He said that it could be that he needs to reset the ROM.
Inside there is a GraphiCard printer card, a SuperSerial card, an Apple Disk control card, and an Applied Engineering Viewmaster-80.
