Pain killers, Try tylenol or advil. 2... Clean the wound. Hydrogen peroxide does wonders. That keeps the infection down.

Just make sure you avoid crosses, holy water, daylight, splinters, that kind of thing.
I guess it depends on how deep...if it's just superficial I'd probably treat it the same was as a scraped knee. Any deeper and I'd see a doctor, especially if there's pain, and things that can properly be described as 'wounds'.
In all seriousness, it's ok to say no sometimes.

It doesn't work.
Check with one of the medical students at your school about creams/ointments. If this does not help, seek the advice of a local prharmacist/druggist.
Not that our collective curiousity has not been highly picqued by your situation, but you may find much better info and advice on forums dedicated to some extreme fetishes or to a vampire forum. Perhaps one of these two sites may better fit your specific personal circumstances...
