Put a Create Forum Topic Button on Main Page

I have a suggestion: Put a Create Forum Topic Button next to the Submit Article Button on the Main Page.

I think the expanded answer might be that it would make it far too easy for someone to make a quick pointless post. The FAQ is probably listed right next to Submit Article for a good reason.
