Put a Create Forum Topic Button on Main Page

Thanks for your suggestion. I sincerely doubt we'll implement this.

I think the expanded answer might be that it would make it far too easy for someone to make a quick pointless post. The FAQ is probably listed right next to Submit Article for a good reason.
