Help to identify a card

[inline:attached_image_#]Hello,

I have just picked an old Apple II EUROPLUS. Inside, I have discovered the usual cards except one which I don't recognize. Does someone know which card it is?

Thank you

I know it is possible to use a printer in the network via uthernet with a IIgs - but is there a possibility to do this with a IIe or II+ also ?

WTB or get Proterm 3.1 (1998 version)

I want to get the 1998 version of ProTerm 3.1

Yup, I'm a "registered" owner in that I have the original disks and box and reference materials that I purchased many years back. I can provide proof of ownership too.

Is there a way to get this final 1998 version somehow?

There are some highspeed patches that only work on the Jul-5-1998 version.
This talks about some of the extra drivers and patches:

Unusual paddles

Has anyone seen paddles like these before? I have several that are nearly the same model, but with a black button and no position switch. I've never seen another pair like these.

Apple II+ My Apple/Software

Hey guys,

This is a tough one, but here goes.

I wrote many software programs (graphic utilities and adventure games mostly) for Apple II+ when I was a kid, almost had one mass produced, but decided to ride my bike outside instead of "documenting" when asked to do so! Smile

Anyway, my folks donated/sold our original system around 1998 in the Atlanta GA area.

In a perfect world, I would find the exact computer and see about getting it back (software included). This is a pipe dream of course.

However, if the system remained together throughout the years, several things make this setup unique:
a) Dual DISK drives (side by side), but NOT apple branded, no-name-brand instead - I cannot find ANY picture of this unit on the internet to show you and don't remember the brand.
b) Software labels with my "hand-writing" on it - I would recognize them immediately if I saw it!

Two questions for the group:
1. Anyone recognize this odd-ball DISK drive unit and possibly have it?
2. Is there ANY resource out there that may help me track down the software I am looking for? Image repository of "Apple II" software hand-written labels?

This is a stretch given how big the world is, but thought I would ask.

Apple II+ Apple Writer II -- Version Problem

Hey guys,

Have tested multiple images copied to a physical floppy, yet when I boot, I get the following warning and the Apple Writer II program does not start.

"THIS VERSION OF APPLE WRITER IS NOT INTENDED FOR THIS COMPUTER. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL APPLE DEALER FOR THE CORRECT VERSION."

Any suggestions?

Apple Writer II is supposed to support both 80 and 40 characters (my Apple II+ only has 40 at the moment)
