Apple II

Well,  I wasn't sure what to list this at so I took a guess.   I am thinking I guessed way wrong since I didn't even have my finger off the return button before it was purchased. :-) 

I was never going to use this and thought someone else may.   

How bad did I underestimate the price?

It's water under the bridge now, but I would still like to hear everyone's opinion.

I got tired of my Apple II Plus not booting every time I pulled it out of the garage every 10 years, usually due to the decrepit socketed ROMs.

I came up with a relatively simple mod to replace all the ROMs (Applesoft and Integer sets) with one EPROM.

I recently picked up a Drive //c for my Apple //c, and found that it always thinks the disk is write protected.  I did some research, and I see you can wire in a switch to override this.  I'm not sure I want to do that at this point yet, but would like to troubleshoot a little further.

If I provided media, would anyone in Aus be able to write out some diagnostics disks for me? I'll cover postage and pay media and any other out of pocket expenses.

I'm particularly after the Apple II+ Confidence disk, the Apex II diagnostics disk and Apple Cillin II.
