SCSI cards for IIgs

What is considered to be the best SCSI card to get for the IIgs? And are there any to actively avoid? Thanks!

Need help troubleshooting IIc RAM

I got a IIc bare mainboard recently in hopes I could use it to salvage the IWM chip.  I decided I'd give it a try before taking the IWM chip out & it had a couple RAM issues so I took out the bad MT RAM chips that showed up & replaced them with socketed chips from a battery-bombed Z-RAM card I have.  The corrosion from the Z-RAM battery didn't appear to damage the RAM chips.

Attempt to resurrect clone Apple II supply

Hello Apple Fritterites . First time poster here on the forums. I'm a software dev by trade, but love to tinker in basic electronics. I have 2 clone PSU's that are non-functional.  I hope to get one (or both) working again, as there's is a ][+ clone PCB that I started to assemble 40+ years ago, that I want to finally complete.  There is zero technical information available ("CHAR-PHON" manufacturing label, and that's it).

A2VGA card questions - guidnce needed

I am finishing up building a v1.6 A2VGA card.

Before I call it done I am looking for some advice.

First: There are two poly fuses on the board, mf-500ma Polyfuses to be exact.

Are these needed?  Could they just be jumprered? What risks would this introduce?

A2DVI PiPico problems

Hello Friends:

Perhaps someone out there has some advice.  I am building a couple A2DVI boards, v2.0.

I have one working card, but the others are having issues with the PiPico, specifically accepting the firmware.

These are PiPico 2040 boards and not PiPico 2.  They are genuine PiPico boards (at least they are marked as such).

I am using the proper firmware type when uploading to the Pico.

I have tried a couple PiPicos and they all flash SOS with any version of the firmware beyond 0.7, the original firmaware. (although I have not tried v0.8)

Make or buy? Old or new? Advice needed!

I'm looking for advice from other "enthusiasts" here. I'm in the midst of an RFI era II plus restoration that I've been slowly acquiring parts for for some time. I have a case with speaker and all hardware, a matching motherboard that I acquired separately, and a Unified Retro Keyboard that I ordered directly from Dave from osiweb.org a few years ago and built myself.

The advice I'm looking for has two parts.
