Steve Jobs work on NeXT computer, A vintage collectable?

I have just read a fun book, Fire in the Valley; The making of the Personal Computer by Freiberger & Swain, and was wondering if there is any market for the NeXT computer as something collectable? A quick tour of Ebay suggests that it does not have a following.

NEW MEANS OF CREATING GUTTER TALK

Sorry it took so long Junior!

But now it's here, and will be added a bit differently!

Just got back from the USAS convention with the rest of the Indiana Swimming delegation. Lot of meetings. Lot of work. But rejuvenating as well!

lombard powerbook G3 help

Need some help. I have a 1999 Powerbook G3 Lombard (bronze keyboard) model and recently it powered-down and won't start up, even from the ac cord. Took it into a repair facility and the technician said "through the tricks of the trade" he was able to get it to power up, but it would be a minimum of $400 to fix. He then said I was better of buying a new one, and he would take the old one off my hands for $100. That led to suspicions. I have tried to power it up using that little reset button on the back, but need more help.

Entry Numero Uno

Here's my first entry in this blog... I dunno if I'll upkeep it. Chances are I wont. But we'll see! Lightning could strike...

Another day... still here.

I'm still hurting indescribably, but I'm beginning to accept that I wont get back together with her. Though I seem to keep asking her the wrong questions. In turn getting more painfull answers. Something I didn't metion yet is that we live in a small (college) town, about 80,000 in the entire region. So the likelyness of seeing her randomly is huge, especially since I frequent places on campus (where she just started her freshmen year). And now, I find out she's been accepted into a sorority that I can't get around passing every time I'm in the area.

Pinout info for the Revision A iMac's 'mezzanine' (aka PERCH) connector

The first version of the iMac had a strange connector on the underside ot the motherboard. A manufacturer for the connector (and subsequent mates to it) is Molex and the part number is 52760-1609. The original purpose of this port was to connect a logic analyzer and quickly diagnose board problems. It was intended to make servicing the boards easier. It was never intended at any time for an upgrade card, and thus, the PCI loads were calculated for that board with the intention of no real PCI load being present. As such there are pull down resistors on the board to 'tune' the performance of the bus for not having a load on the connector

Heartbroken

Please, anyone that can give me any peace of mind, share it.

She and I were going out for 4 years. She loved me, I loved her. Sometime last week, she tells me she has no intimate feelings for me at all and that she never wants to date me again. She says she's never been happier.

1st of a few updates....

Whether you guys care of not, here we go:

This is the oddest summer weather that I have ever lived through. I have lived in North Central Texas my whole life, and I can't remember a time when the average summer temperature was 85 degrees. Usually, the average for the traditional "summer months" (June, July, August) is about 97 degrees. Keep in mind, though, that "summer" here begins in late April and goes all the way to mid-October in a normal year. This year, though, we had one day that knocked on the door of the century mark, and that was in early June. Since then, we've had front after front cooling us off. There were a couple of days at the end of July and beginning of August that I woke up to 65 degrees.
