Kiwis for Breakfast

I love making software do things it wasn't intended to do.

Drupal wasn't, as far as I know, intended to run two separate forum systems off of one user base, sharing users/passwords/sessions/etc. But we're doing it for Kiwi. And that's just cool. And I'm sure once all the features requests come in (there's already one requesting a merged tracker option) we'll do some more impossible things.

Now, I'm off for breakfast at Milliways.

(Now some Drupal guru is going to pop up and tell me that I just needed the ezKiwi module or something)

Fast User Switching with one Key

I've created two small scripts that work together to easy make Fast User Switching.

First there's an Automator workflow, where you can insert the user name of the person you want to switch to, and the switch shell-script is in the workflow as well.

I cant restore it or reformat it. It shows up in my computer but I cant open it. Ive tried everything, PLEASE HELP ME.

Quitting Smoking- Again

4th try. I'm 3 days into it. I've been sick. Thats most of the reason I decided to try, I really don't get cravings while dying from the flu. So its been about 3 days since my last smoke. And now, I'm getting better. The cravings are back. I feel like I'm dying. Bleh...

Damn my obsession with items that are virtually useless to me!

Or, is this just totally another bout of my obsession with totally useless items? Lets think about my current situation shall we? I have, at the moment, three computers of which two are macs. One, 14 inch iBook G4 1.42 ghz, An eMac 1ghz model with 640 mb of ram and my pride and joy a homebuilt PC with an AMD Athlon 64 3200+, 6600LE PCI-e gfx card, 2.5 gb of RAM, a 40 gb and a 250 gb pata hard drive. So, do I really need this old piece of technology?

I had my Ipod since august 2005 and it never gave me any problems well maybe once or twice. My ipod keeps freezing, but now it won't even come on its just blank, not even when I plug it in to the computer. Can you please help me and tell me what can be done to solve this problem.

I got my license back.

My drivers license, that is. I'm pretty darn happy..I went to the pet store and got a couple of goldfish to celebrate.

[For those of you who don't know, my license was suspended due to a pretty major legal snafu, most of which wasn't my fault. Anyway, its all over now, so I can sit back and relax. Oh yeah, and drive places, too!]
