Need help with a few mesurements on the Disk ][ Drive

I have a Disk II drive that has both R28 and R33 pots on the Disk II Analog Card. I need some one with the same, that has a Digital Multimeter and is willing to help me out with a few measurements. You must have this analog card and it must be in a full functional, working state when you measure it. Please when you measure with your [digital] meter on the ohms setting, please measure the the following points as seen in the picture and request in this post. I would also request the most accurate measurements you can give me.

what color scheme do you use to paint a II+ or IIe?

has anyone in this forum , had the opportunity to repaint their apple II? if so , what color scheme do you use? I know for a II+ it's a different shade then that of a IIe or IIe Platnum.. I have an excellent running IIe Enhanced , but over the years , the yellowing effect has set in. I have already taken it apart and gotten it ready to prime and paint , but I am looking to try and match the exact or close to color, that I can find. doesn't have to be perfect or anything like that. just nice to look at is all.

thanks.

Apple //c starts drive, makes beep, black screen

Sorry if this is a silly question, but an Apple //c I recently purchased doesn't seem to boot up. It starts the drive and beeps, but there isn't any video on the screen. (The screen is connected via RF, and I've tried toggling 80/40 columns) If it helps, I'm running it on a 12v power supply. (I think the original one was 15v...) Is this machine broken, or is it human error? Wink

Apple ][ rev 0 - faded color problem

The colors on my rev 0 ][ are showing an interesting issue. Compared to the colors output by my ][+, they're a little off - greens look like yellow-greens, blues look like green-blues, purples look like light-purples. I've tried twirling the color trim control every which way but I can't get the colors to exactly match those of the ][+.

Is this a quirk of the rev 0 board or is there perhaps something else I should be looking at?

Super Serial Card Repair

Hi,

to be able to repair a super serail card, I am looking for the schematic of a this card. I already found a pdf of the whole ssc handbook on the internet, but it is very hard to read the schematic in this pdf because of the poor reslution. Is there anybody who owns the original handbook and could do a high resolution scan of the schematics page?

Thanks!

Michael

Applecat w/ 212 Upgrade Card!

ready for a new problem? :O) okidoki then.. I have a working Applecat modem! along with the famous 212 upgrade card! the Applecat Modem is in slot #2 and it works great doing it's normal PR# commands , due to the fact that it has the firmware rom installed to the card , plus it has a touch tone decoder chip on it! I remember this card way back in the day , well because it did some really neat tricks , those of you know what I mean , and don't want to delve into that , hmmmm , ;o) .

Need Help with Mountain Hardware Apple II Clock Card

I recently aquired a Mountain Hardware Apple II Clock Card. But I have no idea on how to use it exactly. What slot it goes in , any kind of keyboard commands , etc.. I need to find a site that has the original Documentation for this card , and also any disks that came with this card , that I can download. If they are in .DSK format , even better...

So if anyone can help that would be awsome.

Thanks.

Can anyone explain this difference?
